Welcome to Emerald Isles, Satellite Beach, Florida
Emerald Isles is a beautiful, quaint community located off South Patrick Drive in Satellite Beach, Florida. This neighborhood is basically a circle, with the outer homes all along a canal. These homes range from $300,000 to $800,000 as their listing price. The majority of the homes are 3 and 4 bedrooms from 2,000 sq. ft. to 4,000 sq. ft. While most of these homes were built in the 1980s, there are many that have been remodeled and a couple built in more recent years. Just about every home in Emerald Isles boasts pools and water features, wood decking, tropical landscaping, fireplaces, and the ones along the canal have their own private docks. The waterfront properties can accommodate most size vessels, and provide quick and easy access to the Banana and Indian Rivers. Sampson Island Nature Park is directly across the main canal and is only accessible by water. Sampson Island is a great local attraction for those who love exploring on the water, and you can even camp there too! Many of the locals spend their days kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing, sailing and boating along the river.
